ABOUT Sarah

My adventure with food began as a young girl in Egypt helping my mother cook for our family'scuba diving business on the Red Sea.  When we moved to the United States, the adventure continued. 

I started working in restaurants as a teenager and later took my talent for cuisine into a 16 year private yachting career. Traveling all over the world, sailing across both oceans and many different coastlines in between, I have had the unique opportunity to discover and play with some of the best products in the world. It has been my pleasure to share these experiences and cuisines with my clients.

Types of Cuisine/Specialties

I am classically trained in French Cuisine but love all things Mediterranean.  Having spent a lot of joyous years between Spain, Sicily, Southern France, and Egypt, I am well versed in delicious foods from each region. 

I also have spent a fair amount of time in Central America, China, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific as well as working in Alaska for private fishing resorts.  You can say I am well versed in a diverse array of cuisine! 

One major passion I have is nutrition and I am proud of my ability to be innovative with delicious and unique recipes for gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and other health/lifestyle related dietary restrictions.  I am passionate about food and even more focused on preparing  delicious food that is good for my clients.
